DFC 15-20 Ford Fusion Front & Rear Rotors

OEM technology is getting better and better every year. At DFC, we endeavor to match the latest technologies as applied by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Each rotor is engineered to match the OE vane configuration, including the OE split-core technology to ensure proper and maximum heat dissipation. Additionally, all cores are dipped with a specifically formulated paint to provide a smoother finish inside the vane structure, improving airflow and reducing machining required for balancing. Rotors are machined to tightest tolerances (.010mm DTV and .050mm maximum lateral runout guaranteed, often achieving .007mm DTV and .025mm lateral runout). They are fine-turned to a maximum of 1.6 RMS for a smooth finish and improved initial break-in. Each rotor passes a 100% electronic inspection measuring over 20 attributes to meet OE specifications. A genuine GEOMET® Finish is applied for superior corrosion protection, ready to install without additional preparation, saving time and money during installation. This coating withholds 400 hours of salt spray, is environmentally friendly, and free of toxic metals. Manufactured for European and heavy vehicles, High Carbon iron formulations enhance noise dampening characteristics, providing high strength and increased thermal conductivity.
