Overview

These DFC brake rotors are engineered to match OEM specifications, featuring OE vane configuration and split-core technology for maximum heat dissipation. The cores are dipped in a specially formulated paint for a smoother finish and improved airflow. Each rotor is machined to tight tolerances (.010mm DTV and .050mm lateral runout) and fine-turned to 1.6 RMS for a smooth finish and improved initial pad break-in. They undergo a 100% electronic inspection to ensure OE specifications are met. The rotors feature a GEOMET® finish for superior corrosion protection, making them ready to install without additional preparation. This coating withstands 400 hours of salt spray and is environmentally friendly, free of toxic metals. They are manufactured with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings for strength and durability, and high carbon iron formulations (Molybdenum, Chromium, and Carbon) for enhanced noise dampening and increased thermal conductivity.
