Description

DFC 6004-03006 brake rotors are engineered to match OEM specifications, offering superior heat dissipation through OE vane configuration and split-core technology. They undergo a precise machining process, ensuring tight tolerances of .010mm DTV and .050mm lateral runout, with real-world results often achieving .007mm DTV and .025mm lateral runout. The rotors are fine-turned to 1.6 RMS for a smooth finish, enhancing initial pad-to-rotor contact. Each rotor passes a 100% electronic inspection, guaranteeing OE specifications. A GEOMET® coating provides excellent corrosion protection, eliminating the need for pre-installation cleaning. These rotors are environmentally friendly, free of toxic metals, and constructed from premium G3000/G11H18 high carbon iron castings, enhancing noise dampening, strength, stability, durability, and thermal conductivity, particularly suited for European and heavy vehicles.
