DFC 22-25 Rivian R1S Front Hi-Carbon Alloy GEOMET Coated Rotor

The DFC 900-61001 is a front brake rotor designed for the 2022-2025 Rivian R1S. It is engineered with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings for strength and durability, and features an Original Equipment (OE) vane configuration for efficient heat dissipation.

This rotor is treated with a GEOMET coating for superior corrosion protection, surpassing conventional paint or zinc coatings. It is processed dry and ready for installation, eliminating the need for pre-degreasing, which saves time and money during the installation process. The non-directional finish promotes faster brake pad bed-in, leading to quieter and smoother stops. All rotors are 100% inspected for balance and corrected using an electronic mill-balance process to ensure zero vibration at any speed.
