These DFC brake rotors and drums are engineered to match OEM vane configurations for proper heat dissipation, featuring OE split-core technology. The cores are dipped in a a specially formulated paint for a smoother finish and improved airflow. Machined to tight tolerances (0.010mm DTV and 0.050mm lateral runout maximum, often achieving 0.007mm DTV and 0.025mm lateral runout) and fine-turned to 1.6 RMS for improved initial pad-to-rotor break-in. Each rotor undergoes a 100% electronic inspection to ensure it meets OE specifications. The product features a genuine GEOMET® Finish for superior corrosion protection, which is processed dry and ready to install without additional preparation. This coating withstands 400 hours of salt spray and meets various environmental regulations (EPA, Chrysler CS-9003, GM GMW 3059, Ford WSS-M99P9999-A1, EU ELV/RoHS), being free of chromium, nickel, cadmium, lead, barium, and mercury. The rotors are made with premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings for strength, stability, and durability. High Carbon iron formulations (Molybdenum, Chromium, and Carbon) are used for European and heavy vehicles, enhancing noise dampening, strength, and thermal conductivity. They are 100% precision mill-balanced for smoother stopping and zero vibration.
