Description

OEM technology is getting better every year, and DFC endeavors to match the latest technologies. Each rotor is engineered to match the OE vane configuration, including OE split-core technology for proper and maximum heat dissipation. All cores are dipped with a specially formulated paint for a smoother finish inside the vane structure, improving airflow and reducing machining required for balancing. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances (0.010mm DTV and 0.050mm maximum lateral runout guaranteed; often achieve 0.007mm DTV and 0.025mm maximum lateral runout) and fine-turned to a maximum of 1.6 RMS for a smoother finish, improving initial break-in. Each rotor undergoes a 100% electronic inspection to ensure OE specifications are met. Coupled with DFC brake pads, these rotors provide optimal braking.
