Each rotor is machined to tight tolerances, ensuring specifications of .010mm disc thickness variation and .050mm maximum lateral runout, with a fine-turned finish for improved initial break-in.

After machining, every rotor undergoes a 100% electronic inspection to meet OE specifications and is coated with a genuine GEOMET® finish for superior corrosion protection. This coating allows for ready installation without additional preparation.
