Overview

The Trick Flow Specialties DHC™ 200 is an assembled cylinder head designed for small block Chevrolet engines. It features CNC-ported runners and 64cc combustion chambers with 2.055-inch intake valves to increase horsepower and torque.

Constructed from A356-T61 aluminum, these heads offer durability with bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and stainless steel valves. They maintain factory intake and exhaust port locations and include Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs.

The Trick Flow® DHC™ 200 Cylinder Heads are engineered for Small Block Chevrolet engines, offering a significant power boost with their CNC-ported design. These assembled heads feature 64cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers and 2.055-inch intake valves, paired with CNC Street Ported runners to maximize high-RPM horsepower and torque. The heads are cast from durable A356-T61 aluminum, keeping overall weight down. Proprietary valve profiles and multi-angle valve seat machining are employed to optimize flow, especially at lower lifts. The casting boasts extra-thick decks and walls for enhanced strength in demanding applications. Standard features include chromoly steel retainers, 7-degree machined steel valve locks, and factory-style intake and exhaust port locations. They are sold individually and require a minimum bore diameter of 4.000 inches. The heads come fully assembled with valve springs (1.47 in. outer diameter), retainers, locks, and valve stem seals.
