The Klein Tools D248-8 is an 8-inch diagonal cutting plier designed for non-ferrous wire and soft metal cutting. It features an angled head for easier work in confined spaces and short jaws with beveled cutting edges for close wire cutting.

Constructed from custom, US-made tool steel, these pliers have induction-hardened cutting knives for longevity and a hot-riveted joint for smooth operation. The plastic-dipped handles provide comfort and are red for easy identification.
