It includes a 3" (2 piece) downpipe. This product is not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle. Cannot be shipped to CA, AZ, or CO. Diamond Eye Manufacturing is located on a 23-acre complex, utilizing over 60,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing components. Made in the USA.
