The FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel pump is a 165 GPH lift pump designed for Class 8 Semi applications. This pump operates at 16 PSI and features an improved filtration rating of 2 microns. It also includes a built-in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process.

The FASS Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel lift pump is engineered by FASS Fuel Systems to provide superior performance, longevity, and reliability in the diesel industry. It boasts an improved filtration rating of 2 microns, incorporates a water separation filter, and utilizes FASS's patented air/vapor removal process to ensure clean fuel delivery. FASS incorporates several technologies to enhance its fuel pumps. FASS Silencing Technology (FST) reduces noise through features like radius cuts and tighter tolerances. Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) create smooth fuel flow within the aluminum housing, preventing air and vapor reintroduction. Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously polishes fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning filtered fuel to the tank, ensuring the freshest fuel possible. Key features of this universal lift pump include a preset 16 PSI fuel pressure, removal of water, air, and debris, a 2-micron filtration rating, and protection for injectors. It is also noted to improve cold weather starts, decrease emissions, and support 165 GPH flow rate. The pump is backed by a 1 Million Mile / 5 Year Warranty and has a 30,000-mile filter life expectancy, making it one of the quietest fuel air separation systems available.
