T3 Exhaust Manifold for 03-07 5.9 Cummins 3rd Gen. OEM replacement part for MOPAR PN 5135788AC. A direct fit replacement performance manifold for 2003-07 5.9 Cummins in Dodge Pickups. This is a T-3 flange which is the same as the stock turbo. Our design is based on Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) Testing, which will results in quicker turbo spool-up, and improves flow characteristics over 23% compared to the factory manifold. This manifold is ceramic paint coated to withstand high temperatures. Flows 23% more than the stock manifold. Flow tested and balanced for increased balanced exhaust flow, while maintaining velocity for increased turbo spool up. Keeps rear cylinders up to 200 degrees cooler.
