The Diesel Power Source (DPS) MAN0128 is a 3-piece T3 exhaust manifold designed for 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks. This high-flow performance manifold is a direct factory replacement, designed to improve exhaust gas flow, reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and enhance turbo spool-up for increased throttle response and power. It is constructed from nickel-laced ductile iron with a black high-temperature coating and features expansion joints to prevent cracking and warping. The 3-piece design allows the manifold to expand and contract with heat, eliminating the common issue of manifold shrinkage seen in stock and one-piece aftermarket manifolds. The manifold includes 6 gaskets and 2 new bolts for installation. It also features three drilled and tapped ports for pyrometer and pressure fittings. While primarily designed for 1998.5-2002 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks with a center dump turbo flange, the gasket kit can extend compatibility through 2007 model years for maximum versatility. It's important to note that it's not a direct replacement for 2003-2018 trucks with an offset turbo flange or 6.7L applications with a different turbo flange. This product has been granted an exemption by CARB, making it legal for installation and use in California.
