The D-Tech 62 is a 62/12cm/65 turbocharger for 2003-2007 Dodge Cummins 5.9L engines. It features a high-flow wastegate, large shaft for strength, and a polished compressor housing. Engineered for excellent drivability, significantly lower EGTs, and substantial horsepower gains with better-than-stock spool-up. It's designed to wastegate more volume and improve spool-up with a tightened exhaust scroll and optimized compressor wheel. It outperforms similar 62mm turbos from BD, HTT, and Phat Shaft. Also suitable as a primary charger in a compound (twin) turbo setup. Recommended for trucks with performance injectors or chips (Edge, Smarty, Bully Dog, PPE, Hypertech, Quadzilla) to manage EGTs. Direct bolt-on replacement/upgrade.

Note: Early (2003-2004) and Late (2004.5-2007) models have differences in fuel injection, piston design, and factory turbos (Holset HE341CW vs. HE351CW). This part is designed for the 5.9L Cummins engine in Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models during this period.
