Description

The DieselSite Transmission Cooler Bypass Delete Kit is designed for 1999-2003 Ford E-Series vans equipped with the 4R100 automatic transmission. This kit eliminates the factory bypass tube, which commonly fails and prevents proper transmission fluid flow to the cooler, leading to overheating. It also addresses a design flaw where the bypass never fully closes, restricting fluid flow.

Installation involves removing the original banjo bolts and bypass tube, then installing the new DieselSite deletion bolts with provided crush washers.
