DIESELSITE 7.3L 6.0L and 6.4L Ford Intercooler to Piping Boot (Tapered)

The Dieselsite DSB325 is a driver-side intercooler boot designed to replace leaking and deteriorated factory boots on 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke light-duty diesels. This boot connects the intercooler to the intercooler piping on the bottom driver side and includes T-bolt style clamps.

Constructed with a 5-ply braided synthetic fabric reinforcement, this boot is exceptionally resistant to heat, ozone, and various fuels including gasohol, methanol, ethanol, and diesel. It is engineered to withstand engine heat and up to 100 psi of boost pressure. The Fluorolastomer lining further enhances its resistance to heat and oil, making it a durable replacement for stock silicone boots that break down due to oil contact from the crankcase ventilation system.
