This ensures you are starting with fresh components. Furthermore, the critical gear backlash is set precisely to ensure proper lubrication and durability. The axle tubes are also inspected to meet OEM standards for straightness, preventing any ride disturbances. The cleaning process involves a unique hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning technique, restoring the case to an OEM finish. Key features include OEM-spec straightness for axle tubes, housing tests for wear and cracks, 100% inspection of internal parts, replacement of all bearings and seals, a state-of-the-art cleaning process, and precise rolling torque establishment.
