Differential Bushing Bolt Kit

The Steeda differential bolt kit is a robust replacement for the factory differential bolt on 2020-2026 Ford Explorer ST models. The kit is constructed from class 12.9 alloy steel that is specifically quenched and tempered to provide superior structural integrity compared to the factory 10.9-rated bolt. Beyond simple reinforcement, the kit includes a custom-engineered oversized washer. This component seats directly against the differential bushing to provide essential support and significantly reduce bushing deflection under load. Both the upgraded bolt and the oversized washer are finished with a durable zinc plating to protect against corrosion and ensure longevity in demanding driving environments. Installation of this bolt is a straightforward process that can be completed at home. Note that proper installation requires a 14mm Allen (hex) socket to secure the bolt to factory specifications.
