The JXB Performance Differential Bushing Insert Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and durability of the rear differential mounting system in 6th generation Ford Explorers and 2nd generation Lincoln Aviators from 2020 onwards. By filling the voids present in both single-bolt and double-bolt subframe bushings, this kit combats unwanted differential movement. This upgrade offers several key benefits, including improved throttle response, leading to a more connected driving experience. It also helps to lower peak loads on the differential and its associated hardware, potentially extending the lifespan of these components. Furthermore, the kit serves as a direct solution for repairing subframe bushings that have already failed or are showing signs of wear. The kit is available for two subframe types: Single Bolt and Double Bolt, ensuring a precise fit for compatible vehicles. Installation involves using the included PTFE lubricant to properly seat the inserts. The product includes the necessary inserts and lubricant, with specific contents varying based on the chosen subframe type (single bolt or double bolt). This differential bushing insert kit is specifically designed for U625 (6th gen, 2020+) Ford Explorer models, compatible with 4 and 6-cylinder engines, AWD and RWD drivetrains, and all trims. It also fits U611 (2nd gen, 2020+) Lincoln Aviator models, all trims included.
