The Dobinsons Full Diff Drop Kit (DD59-538K) is engineered to address driveline stress in lifted Toyota Hilux Revo and Vigo vehicles. This kit specifically targets the front differential, lowering its position to correct the operating angles of the CV axles. This correction is crucial for vehicles with suspensions lifted 2 inches or more, as it significantly reduces wear and potential damage to CV joints, thereby extending their lifespan and ensuring optimal drivetrain function. It includes all the necessary hardware, such as precisely machined spacers and the required nuts and bolts, simplifying the upgrade. When installing this differential drop kit, potential compatibility issues with factory or aftermarket skid plates may arise due to the lowered differential housing. While the kit comes with skid plate spacers, some users may opt not to reinstall the skid plate after the modification.
