The Sonnax AW55-50SN-ZIP is a specialized Zip Kit engineered to address prevalent issues within Aisin AW 55-50/51SN valve bodies. By incorporating uniquely designed components, the kit effectively prevents the loss of pressures within the main line, lockup, solenoid, and throttle signal circuits. Furthermore, it addresses and seals multiple circuits known for end plug leakage. This comprehensive kit includes a variety of parts aimed at restoring optimal valve body function. Key components include a Pressure Regulator Valve, Balance Pin, O-Ringed End Plug Kit, Solenoid Relay Valve Kit, Solenoid Modulator Valve, Boost Valve & Sleeve, and Lockup Relay Control Valve Kit, among others. Installation of the Sonnax AW55-50SN-ZIP kit is straightforward, as no special tools are required. The kit comes with a detailed technical booklet that provides clear instructions, general rebuilding tips, technical information, and vacuum testing procedures for comprehensive valve body repair. Drop-in Zip Valve parts install quickly and easily, eliminating the need for reaming. The kit also fits AF 23/33 and RE5F22A units.
