The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2257A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for GM 8.6-inch differentials. This unit comes equipped with a 3.23 gear ratio and features G80 Posi Traction for enhanced performance. This assembly is intended for 2007-2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models that do not have the JL4 Active Brake Control option. It is compatible with models featuring JF3 or JL7 brake options and includes a 3.23 Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD). During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for cracks. They perform a 100% inspection of all internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced to ensure longevity and proper function. This remanufactured axle assembly is built to order and ships as a complete unit.
