The Zumbrota Drivetrain MK D44-JAG is a minor differential installation kit specifically designed for Dana Spicer 44 IFS front differentials found in Jaguar vehicles. This kit offers a cost-effective solution for performing ring and pinion gear changes, particularly in newer vehicles where the existing bearings are in good enough condition to be reused. This installation kit includes all the necessary components to facilitate a professional differential service. You will find a new pinion seal, a crush sleeve for setting pinion depth, a complete shim kit to fine-tune gear mesh and backlash, and marking compound with an applicator brush to verify proper gear tooth contact. As with many automotive parts, this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, and carries a California Proposition 65 Warning.
