Differential Mount

The Ireland Engineering Urethane Transmission Mounts are designed as a heavy-duty replacement for stock mounts, offering a noticeable improvement in shifter feel and a reduction in the potential for missed shifts. These mounts utilize a robust construction featuring 80a durometer urethane, which is internally reinforced with two steel cups. This design negates the need for less effective bolt-through designs that often require external bracing. Key features include the durable urethane material and integrated steel cups for enhanced longevity and performance. The mounts come equipped with 8mm studs, ensuring a secure fit. Installation requires a torque specification of 18 ft-lbs; over-tightening can lead to mount damage. These transmission mounts are compatible with a range of manual-transmission equipped BMW models.
