Differential Mount Kit

Constructed from durable polyurethane, this kit replaces all three stock rubber mounts and incorporates a much-needed fourth mount that is not factory-equipped. The stock mounts are known for their softness, which can lead to inefficient power delivery and potential component damage under spirited driving conditions. This direct-fit kit provides a superior solution by offering near-solid mounting for the differential housing. The polyurethane material balances rigidity with a degree of flexibility, intended to absorb impacts and reduce stress on other drivetrain components, thereby minimizing the risk of breakage during aggressive use. Upon installation, drivers can anticipate enhanced power transfer to the rear wheels during acceleration, more responsive throttle transitions, and a noticeably more stable rear end. These improvements collectively contribute to a more engaging and higher-performance driving experience. The kit includes options for various fastener types, from OEM-equivalent 10.9 steel bolts to heavy-duty 12.9 steel or custom 4340 Chromoly fasteners for maximum strength. For 2013-2016 model years, installation of the 4th mount may require the frame hole to be slightly enlarged. An optional stepped drill bit is available to facilitate this process. Additionally, a reinforced 4th mount option is offered, featuring custom machined steel inserts to sandwich the sub-frame for increased mounting strength.
