Description

This 4.10 rear ring and pinion gear kit is precision machined from 8620, first-run steel, heat-tempered for hardness and wear, and then precision machined and lapped for a tight fit, smooth operation, and quiet performance. The higher 4.10 gear ratio means the driveshaft will rotate 4.1 times for every one rotation of the tires. This is excellent for hauling a boat or trailer but may reduce gas mileage compared to a lower gear set.
