Description

All Spicer ring and pinion gears are designed and tested to meet original equipment specifications. This kit includes a Dana 30 3.73 ring and pinion ratio, low pinion, "short" pinion (cast axle housing measures ~9" from the cover mounting face to the face of the bore for the pinion seal), 181 mm ring gear, 7.13" ring gear, thin ring gear, 3/8"-24 threads in ring gear, 3.73 and up carrier required, 1.375" diameter pinion, 26 spline pinion. It requires Spicer 706016X differential bearing kit to complete the install kit and pinion preload is set with a crush sleeve.
