The Stetsom STX2848 is a digital automotive audio processor engineered to provide professional-grade control over sound system performance. It features two independent audio inputs and eight configurable output channels, allowing users to route audio signals (A, B, or A+B) to specific speakers. The unit is managed via an intuitive interface and an integrated LCD display, enabling real-time adjustments for demanding mobile audio applications. Equipped with extensive tuning tools, the processor includes a 15-band graphic equalizer with 12 presets and individual parametric equalization for both input and output stages. It also offers advanced crossover functionality with Butterworth and Linkwitz-Riley filter topologies (up to 48 dB/octave) to precisely manage frequency cutoffs. Integrated safety features include a limiter with a dynamic attack-release system to help protect amplifiers and loudspeakers from overload. Additional signal processing capabilities include high-accuracy alignment delay (up to 8ms), phase inversion, independent output gain control, and a master level adjustment. The unit also functions as a system sequencer, allowing for the sequential activation of connected devices via the remote activation (REM) connection. For setup and verification, the processor includes an integrated audio generator capable of producing tones, frequency sweeps, and pink noise.
