The Pioneer DMH-1770NEX is a double-DIN digital multimedia receiver built to modernize your vehicle's audio and connectivity experience. It features a responsive 6.8" capacitive touchscreen, allowing for intuitive control over your digital music libraries, streaming apps, and smartphone navigation. Smartphone integration is handled through wired connections for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ensuring stable performance while you drive. For audio enthusiasts, the unit includes a 13-band graphic equalizer with seven presets and supports high-resolution FLAC audio files up to 192kHz/24-bit. It also offers built-in Bluetooth for hands-free calling and multi-device audio streaming. Expandability is provided through a dedicated rear-view camera input, a rear USB port, and 6-channel preamp outputs. The system is SiriusXM-ready, though the aftermarket tuner and a subscription are sold separately. Please note that a wired connection to your vehicle's parking brake is required to access advanced settings and to display video content. Compatibility with steering wheel audio controls is possible but requires a separately purchased adapter.
