Digital Sound Processor

The Rockford Fosgate DSR1 is an 8-channel interactive signal processor co-developed with iDatalink Maestro, integrating a full-featured digital signal processor with a flashable Maestro module. It offers advanced control that stock radios cannot, including proper EQ shaping, correct crossover points, and balanced signal routing to maintain loud, clean, and controlled sound even at highway speeds. The DSR1 utilizes a powerful processor similar to the patented 3Sixty.3, with 245 bands of equalization for aftermarket tuning and adjustable crossovers with selectable slopes. It offers up to 10msec of delay on each channel for time alignment. The processor supports both Universal Mode, requiring RCA or high-level inputs and aftermarket amplifiers, and Maestro Mode, which requires a vehicle-specific T-harness and aftermarket amplifiers. For Maestro Mode, the built-in interface can be flashed with vehicle-specific firmware to integrate with factory-equipped systems without losing factory controls and features. Tuning can be adjusted using the proprietary Rockford Fosgate PerfectTune™ software via Apple iOS or Android devices, with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity for convenient setup. This DSP is built for Harley touring motorcycle installs, designed to work with stock radios, and offers plug-and-play integration for 2014-2023 and 2023.5+ (CVO / 2024+) stock Harley radios. It installs cleanly in the fairing with protected mounting and requires proper power and grounding for optimal performance. The DSR1 pairs best with quality amplifiers and speakers to achieve superior sound quality.
