It allows for adjustment from dim to bright settings and is rated for 7A at 12V DC. The switch features 2" 16 AWG wire lead terminals and a 7/16" mounting hole compatible with panels up to 1/4" thick. Connections are clearly marked with Red for Battery and White for Load.
