The SS3 3" LED Pods from Diode Dynamics offer a higher output intensity than other 3" lights on the market. They utilize custom-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics to collect and direct light efficiently, reducing glare and improving total output. The flood beam pattern provides uniform, even illumination with a 60x60 degree spread, making it ideal for backup lights, low-speed lighting, trailers, and worksites. A distinctive amber backlight accent fully illuminates the TIR optic, providing a unique and modern look. The pods feature durable powder-coated aluminum construction and an integrated Deutsch-style connector. All SS3 LED pods are extensively tested for long-term operation in extreme temperatures, vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion, meeting SAE standards.
