Instead the custom-engineered TIR optic in the Stage Series C1 collects all of the light from the LED and directs it only where you need it drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency. Functional Output. The SSC1 SAE Fog was designed with optical simulation modeling to create a highly effective and road-legal fog light pattern. It meets the SAE J583 standard as a Foglamp for legal on-road use and will fully illuminate the area in front of your vehicle. With just one LED the SSC1 is the smallest aftermarket fog lamp on the market! Backlight Functionality The Stage Series C1 LED Pod includes a distinctive backlight feature as well. The SSC1's backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic providing unique accent lighting that you won't find in other single-LED pods on the market.Simple connections. All Stage Series C1 LED pods feature a custom-molded DT type Deutsch-style connector on the back and come with a 6-inch pigtail with bare leads.
