Description

The 1N4006 is a general-purpose diode from the 1N400x family, designed for low-power electronic applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 800 V and can handle a continuous current of up to 1 A, with a surge peak capability of 30 A.

This diode is suitable for rectification purposes, as well as voltage blocking and voltage boosting. Its construction allows for low reverse leakage and a low forward voltage drop.
