The Mopar Direct Connection Pre-Stage Kit is a performance calibration solution designed for 2015-2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat models. The system utilizes a Wi-Fi enabled handheld device that plugs into the vehicle's OBD-II port, allowing users to upgrade engine calibration, monitor real-time performance data—including 0-60 and 1/4 mile times—and clear diagnostic trouble codes. The handheld tuner features a high-definition 5-inch touchscreen with customizable gauge layouts and color themes. Hardware components included in this kit consist of a high-flow panel air filter, a 180-degree F performance engine thermostat, and an instrument panel mount for the touchscreen display. This calibration is 50-state street legal (E.O. D-265-71) for applicable vehicles. Regarding installation, the estimated time is 2 hours and dealer programming is recommended for proper setup. Note that the calibration associated with your specific stage kit must be purchased separately. Direct Connection calibrations are intended for U.S. vehicles only and should be installed by qualified technicians to ensure full compliance with federal and state laws.
