The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system engineered and manufactured in the UK for elite racing purposes. This system employs DDS technology, incorporating 20mm displacing pistons that create substantial oil flow through 31mm control valves, resulting in highly accurate damping control. Its innovative, patent-pending design effectively prevents cavitation, maintaining exceptional system stability even under the most demanding racing conditions. The independent operation of damping circuits further enhances dynamic performance and reduces response times. This advanced cartridge system offers extensive adjustability, with 30 clicks of compression and 30 clicks of rebound adjustment, alongside an 18mm spring preload adjustment. It includes an 8mm piston rod designed to minimize system displacement and a 20mm displacing piston for enhanced oil flow and damping efficacy. The 31mm control piston contributes to improved rider feel and quicker response. The DDS cartridges are supplied with three pairs of springs and the necessary tools for their replacement, and a wide range of spring rates are available to suit individual rider preferences and bike setups. Eligible for the BSB Superstock 1000 Class, these cartridges have been proven at the highest levels of motorsport, including British Superbike and the Isle of Man TT. However, please note that these DDS cartridges can only be installed by an authorized K-Tech Workshop. Specialist tools and techniques are required to ensure the product's performance and safety, necessitating professional installation. The unit is specifically designed for the BMW S1000RR (2019-2022) and M1000RR (2021-2022) models equipped with Marzzochi forks.
