Direct-Fit Aluminum Radiator w/ Trans Oil Cooler

The DeWitts 1139105A is a direct-fit Pro Series aluminum radiator engineered for 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvettes, specifically for all Z06 models (except 2012 with Z07 option), all automatic transmission models, and all dry sump engine models (Grand Sport, Z06, ZR1). This radiator significantly enhances cooling performance with its double core design featuring dual 1-inch-wide core tubes, effectively doubling the cooling capacity of a factory single-row radiator. The core thickness is 2.25 inches, increasing coolant capacity by approximately one gallon without causing fitment issues. Serpentine cooling fins are utilized to optimize airflow across the core tubes for superior heat dissipation. The construction eliminates plastic end tanks and rubber gaskets, employing press-formed aluminum end tanks that are TIG welded to the core for enhanced durability and resistance to leaks and vibrations. It includes a built-in 7-plate transmission oil cooler and features factory-style quick-connect fittings for automatic transmission cooler equipped models. It utilizes 1.38-inch factory-sized cooling hose inlet and outlet connections, allowing the use of stock hoses, fan shroud, and other components. Radiators are 100 percent manufactured in the U.S.A. and come with a lifetime warranty. An optional 11-inch dual electric cooling fan package with 2,780 cfm airflow is available separately.
