Constructed from durable, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 308 stainless steel MIG welds, this converter is built for exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity. Its direct-fit design, developed using 3D scanning technology, ensures it functions like the original equipment, requiring no cutting or welding for installation. This catalytic converter features a compact, low-mass design for greater thermal efficiency and a single laser fusion weld to minimize leak possibilities. It replicates OEM-like flow dynamics, maintaining factory performance and fuel efficiency, and includes a flange gasket and a Torca clamp for simplified installation. The HM Grade designation signifies it meets the performance and quality standards of the original catalytic converter. Important Legal Note: This Federal/EPA compliant catalytic converter is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York. It is designed for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems, specifically for all 2000 model year and earlier vehicles or any model year vehicle manufactured with EPA or Federal emissions non 50-State certification.
