Direct Fit Oil Cooler Kit

The HEL Performance Direct Fit Oil Cooler Kit is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory Hyundai oil to water cooler (OEM part number 26410-2M800), specifically for the Hyundai i20 N. This kit utilizes a Setrab Series 6 ProLine 13 row oil cooler, chosen for its balance between minimizing pressure loss and providing highly effective cooling. Custom billet aluminum mounting blocks position the cooler within the grille area, ensuring optimal airflow for temperature regulation. The kit includes preassembled AN10 HEL braided hoses with black anodised aluminum fittings, connecting the cooler to a unique HEL Performance billet thermostatic oil take-off. The integrated thermostat operates at 92°C (197.6°F), ensuring the engine reaches optimal operating temperature safely while preventing excessive oil cooling. Installation is facilitated by custom-manufactured mounting blocks and the kit includes all necessary stainless steel hardware. HEL Performance has also developed specific installation guides for both 4-bolt and 5-bolt plate configurations, catering to different model years. Options for hose color include Black Nylon Cotton Braided or Stainless Steel Braided. Note that model year selection is required, with options for 2021 (5 Bolt Plate), 2022 (5 Bolt Plate), and 2023 (4 Bolt Plate). The 2024 model is not currently supported.
