DIRS-R Two-Piece Differential Brace

The Per4mance Development DIRS-R Diff Brace is a patented Differential Integration and Reinforcement System (DIRS) engineered to reinforce your differential case and optimize your vehicle's Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) operation and traction. This new, two-piece system is constructed from American-made, CNC-machined T-6061 billet aluminum with a durable hard-anodized black coating for longevity. Part one of the DIRS-R attaches to the differential by utilizing the lower two main case bolts along with the three lower case bolts, providing a robust reinforcement to the differential housing itself. Part two then connects to the rear cross-member and integrates an OEM differential bushing, mirroring those already present in the rear cross-member. This creates a third, triangulated integration point that attaches to the reinforced differential, significantly enhancing its stability and performance. Installation is reported as straightforward, with one user noting a 20-minute installation on a lift. It also features access and a channel for the drain plug. This DIRS-R Diff Brace is specifically designed for 2015 and newer V8 Charger, Challenger, and 300 RWD models, including the Demon 170. However, it is important to note that this product WILL NOT WORK WITH aFe EXHAUST systems. Use of the DIRS may also impact the manufacturer's warranty on the differential, with the purchaser assuming all responsibility for installation and use.
