Dirt King Fox Spec 2.5" Long Travel Front Coilovers

These coilovers are developed with a custom hose layout, specialized valving, and appropriate spring rates, ensuring they are ready for immediate installation. Constructed with a durable 2.5" smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, these shocks feature zinc plating and a double-clear coating for longevity. The external reservoir is also a 2.5" smooth bore alloy, and all components are made from black-anodized, CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Inside, a 6061-T6 hard-anodized, high-flow aluminum piston works with application-specific valving to maximize performance, while a redundant sealing pack system (main seal, wiper seal, scraper seal) and JM92 Advanced Suspension Fluid ensure reliable operation across various temperatures. The shafts are 7/8" hard chrome plated steel, and PTFE-lined, heat-treated alloy steel spherical bearings are used. These coilovers are designed exclusively for Dirt King long travel kits, specifically systems DK-631708-B and DK-635708-B. They offer an adjustable lift ranging from 0 to 3 inches, managed by a ride height preload ring. Installation includes coil bucket shock mounts, bolt-on reservoir mounts, and all necessary hardware. It is critical to note that suspension modifications can alter a vehicle's dynamics and stability. Following any suspension modifications, prompt wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration are essential and are the customer's responsibility.
