The StopTech 309.06370 Sport Brake Pads are a high-performance upgrade designed for drivers who demand more from their braking system. Engineered with para-aramid (Kevlar) composites, these pads offer linear response across a wide temperature range, performing reliably in both cold and hot conditions. Construction features include 100% positive molding to secure the friction material to the backing plate and OE-style shims to minimize noise and vibration, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable ride. The pads are also scorched to remove impurities, facilitating a faster bed-in process for optimal performance right away. This makes them a direct OE replacement part that significantly enhances pedal feel and response over stock. These pads are rated for medium dust levels and a stopping power of 4 out of 5, with performance over stock graded at 4 - Track Day/Towing. They are recommended for a variety of driving conditions, including normal commutes, extreme and fleet duty, towing, performance street driving, and street & track events.
