Description

The Maedler North America 16010214 is a flange designed for timing belt pulleys. It features a 1mm thickness and outer dimensions of 60mm, with a kink point diameter of 57mm and an inner diameter of 47mm. This flange is constructed from steel and has a zinc-plated surface for durability and corrosion resistance.

This part is sold individually and is suitable for both custom-made parts and serial production. For economical reasons, flanges are typically mounted on the smaller pulley and can be fixed by shaping the hub material over the flange using a rolling tool. A beading material overhang of 0.5mm is recommended during installation.
