The Enginetech K3049(6)P100 is an engine piston kit designed for a custom fit in select Ford and Mercury vehicles. This kit contains six pistons equipped with premium rings. It features a dish top design with a .100 inch depth and a 1.430 inch pin height. The pistons are manufactured to be oversized by 100, ensuring a precise fit for engine rebuilds. The kit is specified for 3.8L OHV V6 engines. This piston kit is compatible with the following vehicles: 1996-2004 Ford Mustang, 1996-2003 Ford Windstar, and 1996-1997 Mercury Cougar. Note that this kit is not compatible with supercharged (S/C) models for the specified Mustang and Cougar applications. It is designed for the 3.8L engine size.
