DISI Turbo Inlet Hose

The JBR DISI Turbo Inlet Hose is engineered to replace the restrictive factory hose in the 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6, requiring no modifications to the vehicle. Its larger diameter and smooth transition to the turbocharger create a less turbulent, more efficient flow of oxygen-rich air, which can lead to increased performance and a sharper throttle response. Constructed from 6 layers of high-performance silicone reinforced with an additional 5 layers of polyester, this inlet hose is built for durability. An inner wire skeleton prevents collapse under vacuum, while the high-temperature silicone material offers superior heat insulation compared to aluminum, helping to maintain cooler and denser intake air for potentially greater power output. The joiners connecting the intake and recirculation hoses are made from thick-walled 6061 aluminum with bead rolls to ensure a secure, leak-free fit.
