The PerTronix Magnetic Pickup Billet Distributor offers precision magnetic pickup coil and reluctor for accurate signaling at low and high RPM. The specially engineered reluctor, made from lightweight FC-0208 alloy, provides superior dimensional stability for symmetrical spark separation. The overmolded magnetic pickup coil supports windings and offers excellent corrosion resistance. It features easy wiring with a standard Tyco Mate-N-Lok™ connector, compatible with most ignition system harnesses and capacitive discharge ignition boxes. These distributors are based on a precision CNC-machined housing with an upper ball bearing to support the steel distributor shaft accurately from idle to redline rpm. They feature a maintenance-free electronic ignition module for a strong spark and steady ignition timing.
