The Pertronix D343711 is a Billet Plug n' Play Distributor for Mopar 426-440 Engines. It features a precision CNC-machined housing with an upper ball bearing to support the steel distributor shaft accurately from idle to redline rpm. The distributor includes a maintenance-free electronic ignition module for a strong spark and steady ignition timing. It has a precision magnetic pickup coil and a lightweight FC-0208 alloy reluctor for accurate signaling and symmetrical spark separation. The overmolded magnetic pickup coil supports windings and provides excellent corrosion resistance. This distributor offers easy wiring with a standard Tyco Mate-N-Lok™ connector, making it compatible with most ignition system harnesses and capacitive discharge ignition boxes. It fits Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth vehicles equipped with 413, 426, or 440 big-block V8 engines from 1960-1978.
