Description

The PerTronix D71101 is a Flame-Thrower Street/Strip HEI Distributor with Ignitor III Electronics, designed for Oldsmobile 260-455 V8 engines. It features a lightweight aluminum housing, bronze sintered bushings, and a corrosion-resistant shaft for enhanced performance and durability. The unit includes a high dielectric strength cap with brass terminals and a low resistance center coil brush, and is capable of operating beyond 7500 RPM with 67% more energy than stock HEI distributors. It has a CARB EO Number: D-57-23.
