The Sierra 18-5386 Distributor Cap is a replacement part for Mercruiser and OMC Stern Drives. This distributor cap is designed to fit GM In-Line 6 Cylinder Engines equipped with Delco Conventional Ignition systems.

It is interchangeable with various other part numbers, including CDI E64-0003, GLM 71530, Mallory 9-29407, Mercruiser Stern Drive 33765 and 33765T, and OMC Stern Drive 980152.
