The Standard Motor Products FD-177 Distributor Cap is engineered to provide robust ignition system performance. Constructed from glass/mineral reinforced polyester resin with high dielectric strength, it effectively minimizes carbon tracking and enhances electrical breakdown resistance. This cap features solid brass terminals, ensuring a strong connection and resisting pitting and corrosion for long-term reliability. It is built with a black polypropylene cap and a top tower position. The specifications include a screw attachment method, male coil terminal gender, brass contact terminal material, and seven terminals. Screws are included for installation. The FD-177 Distributor Cap is specifically designed to fit a range of Ford and Jeep vehicles. It is compatible with: 1992-1994 Ford Ghia; 1987-1990 Jeep Cherokee (with Motorcraft Distributor); 1987-1990 Jeep Wagoneer (with Motorcraft Distributor); 1994 Jeep Cherokee (Dist.
